Glyphico refund policy
This policy covers paid periods of managed QR-code service bought through Paddle. It is part of the Glyphico terms.
A full refund within 14 days
You get a full refund when you ask for it within 14 calendar days of a successful payment. This applies to a first purchase, an extension and an automatic renewal alike. The 14 days start with the payment, not with the day you download or print the code. You do not have to show that the code was never used.
Write to support@glyphi.co from the address you paid with, or to Paddle's buyer support. Give the order or transaction reference, the approximate date of the payment and which payment you want refunded. A short reason helps us improve the service, but the refund within 14 days does not depend on it. Never send a full card number or security code.
This is Glyphico's own refund commitment. Paddle is the Merchant of Record: it takes the payment and makes the refund. Its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply. This policy does not limit any refund or withdrawal right that Paddle or the law gives you.
After 14 days
Write to us about a duplicate or unauthorised payment, a code that was not served, a failure of the service or another problem even after the 14 days. We look into it and settle it with Paddle. Rights that come from an error, from the service not being provided, or from mandatory consumer law do not end with the 14 days.
Apart from those rights, the unused part of a period is not refunded just because you stopped using the code, paused it or turned renewal off. Paddle may still grant a refund under its own terms.
Turning renewal off is not a refund
You can turn automatic renewal off without asking for a refund: the code keeps the time already paid until it ends. Turning renewal off does not return a past payment.
Asking for a refund of a renewal is also asking to turn that code's renewal off, unless you tell us otherwise. The code's page shows when Paddle has confirmed it. You never have to keep paying in order to ask for a refund.
What a refund does to the code
Once a refund is made, the period that payment bought may be withdrawn from the code; we tell you which code and which period. Other valid service periods or access entitlements are not removed because one payment was refunded.
If no valid access remains, the printed code stops redirecting. Its key stays reserved and is never given to anybody else. A refund does not undo a gift or take an accepted code back from its recipient.
How the money comes back
Paddle returns the money to the payment method you paid with; when it reaches you depends on your bank. Writing to us or to Paddle does not restrict your consumer rights or your right to dispute a payment with your bank.
